Mark A. McMahan, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McMahan was named President and Chief Executive Officer in December 2010. Mark joined the company in May 2009 as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and brings over 20 years of marketing, sales, and executive management experience, 14 of which are in the area of orthopaedic trauma. Mr. McMahan has served as Vice President of Trauma Marketing and Region Vice President of Trauma Sales for Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, as well as a variety of senior roles in the medical device industry.
Scott P. Youngstrom, Vice President of Finance & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Youngstrom was appointed Vice President of Finance and Chief Operating Officer in January 2009. Mr. Youngstrom also serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining DGIMed Ortho, Mr. Youngstrom served as Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer for Anulex Technologies, Inc., Enpath Medical, Inc., Compex Technologies, Inc., and Acist Medical Systems, Inc.
Gary L. Graham, Director of Operations
Mr. Graham joined the company in June 2009 as Director of Operations. He previously served as Director of Manufacturing for ev3 Inc., and as Supplier Engineering Manager for Boston Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Management.
Erik Martz, Director of Product Development
Mr. Martz joined the company in January 2010 as Director of Product Development. He previously served as Director of Research and Development at Disc Dynamics and as Development Group Manager at Osteotech.
